Founder
Madhuri brings over ten years experience spanning team and project leadership, learning design and emerging tech. In her academic life she studied the relationship between power, politics, and human behaviour. This combined with her years of working across the UK and Asia give her a unique insight into how different people experience and understand systems differently.
Alex Zaremba

Ethical AI and Machine Learning Specialist
Zaremba leads our technical initiatives, bringing deep expertise in ethical AI, machine learning, and token engineering. Their work focuses on developing responsible technology solutions that prioritise community needs and social impact. Their research experience spans 15 years across academia and industry, in crypto economics, data science, machine learning, statistical and financial modelling.
