Our Projects

From AI moderation to token ecosystems, explore how we combine learning design and emerging technology to create meaningful change. Each project represents our commitment to making complex technologies accessible and impactful.

What we’re working on now

We are leveraging AI to tackle the problem of toxic or hate speech online – a problem faced more often by marginalised communities. By developing a community-governed AI assistant that works as a moderator, we are experimenting with innovations in AI governance, adaptation and collaboration mechanisms.

What we’ve done in the past

We delivered this workshop with London Doughnut Economy Coalition at Global Donut Days, a community-led festival celebrating Doughnut Economics. This workshop guided young changemakers through an exploration of how power dynamics impact lived experience of systems; and how reframing systemic redesign questions can work to rethink how these power dynamics play out in new economies.

Social Justice E-learning Design

We worked with Social Justice Collective to digitally transform their in-person anti-oppression and anti-racism training programmes for UK charities. Moving beyond basic unconscious bias training, this accessible online learning experience explores systemic oppression and institutional inequities. The program maintains the depth and impact of face-to-face sessions while reaching previously underserved staff members.

Token-Based Ecosystem Design

We helped a reforestation project reimagine donor engagement through token-based rewards, strengthening participation across their ecosystem. Our platform design workshops mapped the ecosystem’s value flows, creating opportunities for meaningful donor engagement through innovative token mechanisms.

We redesigned a Web3 education program to unlock new revenue streams for founders. This streamlined course empowers freelancers and entrepreneurs to leverage tokenomics and DeFi mechanisms, transforming traditional business models into Web3-native ventures. Focuses on practical implementation and immediate value capture.

Emerging Technologies and Climate Policy

We used scenario based learning approaches to develop an online course for the United Nations Climate Technology Centre and Network. The course introduced blockchain concepts and use-cases across areas such as governance, renewable energy, climate mitigation and adaptation, carbon markets and value chains.
